Lack of Dual Core 1.2GHz processor will disappoint me

The iPad 3 is rumored to include that feature, but only on a limited basis through the Adam & Eve online catalog. lol
Higher res display. It ain't happening any time soon, but I wish it was.
A "retina" equivalent ppi is pure fantasy at this stage, but something like a 1600x1200 is *just* about feasible were it not for the res issues it'd cause with existing apps...plus, even the above res would prove prohibitively expensive at this stage, assuming Apple wish to keep the price down.

This. And it was basically the only way I was going to be disappointed, and now it feels strangely like thats a done deal - no dual core.
If it really isn't a new CPU/GPU, the ipad 2 will be about as outspec'd as I've ever seen them by competition.
Thought the economy of scale, prepaid deals, and billions more on hand were supposed to allow them to never be outspec'd at thier pricepoints.
But if newest rumors are true, the 32g wifi models between the XOOM and ipad will look rather ridiculously onesided on paper.
