What features will LTE have that GPS doesn't?

Aside from the obvious, what other features will the LTE enabled AW3 have that the GPS only doesn't? I almost always have my phone with me so I do not think that I need the one with LTE. Thanks in advance for any help!
 
Just 2 that I know. The LTE version has 16GB vs 8GB on the GPS version and the LTE version has a Ceramic back instead of a Composite aka "Plastic".
