what file extension is this?

    and what do i need to play it? i have a div-x player but it wont play it. also have vlc and it wont either.

    also what freeware is there outsode to join movie files?

    its not in a compressed folder. so how do i play it or un compress it?

    That's not an extension. Do a get info ( :apple: + I ) on the file and tell us what comes up in the "Name & Extension" field. There's a good chance that there'll be extension that's hidden by Mac OS.

    well i ran rar expander on the first file and it uncompressed a .avi file that has the whole film in one file..
