What file to copy settings over from Mail in Lion?

Hi,

I'm going to format my HDD soon. I don't want or need to transfer the emails over, but I do need the Mail settings and other tidbits like recipient list, accounts, etc.

What files do I need to copy over for this? There's two stores of information I know of, User > Library > Mail and User > Library > Preferences > mail.plist.
