I received mine 2 weeks ago with 1.1 and has been working mint ever since

Weird thing with mine is I bought a refurb through Apple and received a brand new one hmmmmmmm I'm not complaining

Bought a 40 from best buy a few days ago and it came with 1.0

I imagine if you want the old firmware most stores will have stock old enough to still have 1.0.

You gotta get an OS.dmg from a 1.0 restore. Good luck with that.
