I just wondered which of these fonts you like most with the Yosemite UI. I attached screenshots of each option below:

    Helvetica Neue:

    Lucida Grande:

Also, please specify if you have a Retina or Non-Retina display, as the appearance and quality of the font depends on the quality of your display.

I actually like Helvetica Neue better than Lucida Grande on my 100% non-retina Macs. Everything just looks cleaner. Your screen shots don't really help me judge the other fonts since they are all of different things and sizes.

I'm really loving how Avenir Next looks with Yosemite at least in those screenshots. I'm trying to figure out a way to install that as my system font. I think it looks really modern and clean.

Same here. I'd want to try it. How does one change it?

TinkerTool allows you to change fonts I believe (amongst other things)

It is possible to change the system font on Yosemite, and there are several options on GitHub. I have tested all of these on 10.10.1, and they work flawlessly as long as the instructions given with the package are followed exactly as written.
