iphoneruler.net takes font requests. Other than that I wouldn't know. I'm not sure how they did it in the op's pic - maybe they ported it themselves or something.

Can't help you there bud, but I do know that you'll need something like fontlab, because I don't think it's just a matter of making a bunch of font file copies and renaming them. If you want to do this yourself you simply will have to invest time reading up on stuff. Or submit a request with iphoneruler. Since it's a free font they might get the authors permission to port it.
