What font-smoothing setting do you use?

For a long time I used Medium. After a lot of experimenting I decided that Light is actually better for my needs.

Fonts still keep their shape with the light setting, yet are a bit easier to look at when doing much reading of text.

I could not imagine using OS X's "Strong" setting, way too much blur.

I still cannot stand what Microsoft's Windows does to fonts, regardless of what cleartype setting I choose.

I use Automatic as I can't tell the difference!

Edit: Ahh, you need to restart the app before the changes take effect... but I still use Automatic
