Sorry if this type of thread exists already. Just curious what size everyone is getting.

I've got a 16GB 3GS I've used for two years, and while it's filled up completely, most of the used up space is audio recordings that I do not need to transfer over to a new 4S if I get one. I never bothered putting songs on my iPhone b/c I have a 60GB iPod Classic. A 64 GB iPhone 4S could basically replace my iPod, but now that iTunes match will stream anything in your collection to you, an iPod seems unnecessary unless you're going to be in no-service areas. That's $25/year instead of an extra $200 for moving from 16 GB to 64.

What size are you getting, and why?

Also, does the white iPhone screen look less vivid than the black because of the white bezel? I think the white looks cool, but thatwouldn't be a worthy trade-off if the screen looks less vivid, or fi the screen needs to be brighter in order to see it better.

32gb because theres no way I will have enough room in 2 years if I keep adding music (which I will). Not sure how much memory iOS apps take but on my Android phone 70 apps is over 6gb so 16gb isn't even remotely big enough for me. I would also probably never reach over 32gb in a hundred years.

64g here :D cant wait to carry that much storage in my pocket;)

Zero GB. This phone is not worth buying.

I'm not bashing it, just being honest. It's not for me.

The next iPhone I buy will have more to offer than the 4S.

32 GB. Just like my 3gs and iphone 4.

Tom tom navigation takes up to 1.5gb already.

Many of my games are 500-800mb. My games alone take up to 8-10gb.

Than I usually carry 4-5 kids videos and 10-15 music videos to keep my 15 month old entertained.

I usually load up about 5-8gb music but that's not essential.

16GB.

Have an 8gb touch, I have all the content I want on it, Filled 7gb's on it. 16GB will be plenty!

16Gb.

I would rather pay half the price, seeing as the 64Gb won't house my whole library anyways. I don't keep 1080P videos on my phone, and even with 50+ apps, they don't go over 2Gb. Furthermore, I've played with iTunes Match & iCloud, and seeing as I almost always have wifi (and unlimited data as a backup), and it's a very great system (and it's still in partial beta!).

Why even partake then? 64 white

I'm teetering between 32 GB and 64 GB myself.

While I really don't want to pay $400 for a phone that can easily break and I'll have for maybe a year, I don't want to risk running out of space... So I'm really uncertain right now...

Interesting Question because I started with a 16GB 3G which was perfect.

When pre-ordering my 3GS I went with White again, but this time thinking I was going to keep it for the long haul I ordered 32GB - My Best phone ever, nothing will ever be as good to me as my White iPhone 3GS 32 GB, ever, special moment of silence...ummm ok onward.

Ok so with the 4 I went with Black (lack of color options) but got 32GB because I thought I would load it up with photos and videos, etc, but never filled it up because I rotate all my music every 2-3 weeks, get bored of the same stuff all the time, and my iTunes Library with movies, podcasts, music, photos etc is close to 4TB now, so no way I can hold everything.

Now tomorrow when I pre order the 4S I am again going with 32GB due to the fact the video and photos will be larger, and I do not want to run out of space, I just can not justify the extra for the 64GB, also I am going to get White again, hopefully this time around they fixed the light leaking from the sides.

Then why are you in this thread? There are hundreds of others you could submit your distaste in, this is not relevant here.

64GB This was the one thing if not anything else I wanted on the new iPhone. I have maxed my 32GB iPhone 3Gs. I want all my music which is 45GbB and some room left for apps and other things!!

I would go with the 32GB. I'm not an app heavy person and I only install what I need. If your going to load up your iphone with your entire database of songs than go for the 64GB.

I currently have a 16GB iPhone 4 and for the most part I have been fine with it. The only actual downside is that with the 1080P video recording and the 8MP camera that storage is going to be consumed at an alarming rate. I've only hit the limit twice and both were caused by me filming and taking pictures with just a 5MP.
