So I installed the ms suite through vmware fusion. I was surprised to find out that nither the programs I installed nor the custom wallpaper was there when I log into a boot camp windows partition. Is there something I have missed?
Can you only install in boot camp or Vmware? and are they accessible to each other. Sorry if this is confusing?

Is the VM you use in VMWare the Windows you installed under Boot Camp, or a separate install you did just for VMWare?

If it's separate, the VM is stored in a big file under Users/YOU/Documents/Virtual Machines.

If you use Boot Camp's Windows as a VM in VMWare, I don't know if you can install software via the VM and then have it also be there in Boot Camp's Windows.

Have a look at search results via MRoogle.

VM - virtual machine
