If you mean compared to macOS 14, the design just changed. If it's missing after updating to the latest beta, it might just be a displaying bug and a reboot should help. It's still there were it should be in macOS 15.

Even after rebooting my Mac, I still don't see Private Relay listed. @tbluhp did Private Relay ever display for you after rebooting?
