What happened here.....Screen top two colors

I upgraded to Leopard.....and two days into the new OS, the title bar where the time and other information found, turned two different shades of grey. Restarting doesn't fix it and there are no options to get it back to normal.....any help? 😕 Thanks!!!!!

Make sure that you have all of the latest updates installed. Once you have 10.5.2 installed, you can go to the menu and click on System Preferences, and then click on Desktop and Screen Saver, and in there you will have the option for "Translucent Menu Bar". If you toggle that, it may clear it up.
