Look at the screen shot, the bit each side of the notch. Any body seen this before, pretty sure it never used to be like this. Any ideas?

I have an app that gets moved on top of another app on my dock fairly frequently on my X. In your example my Phone App would be in the 3rd spot and also in the 4th spot covering up most of the Safari App.
