Same here mate it's appalling. I think apple is sending us the clearest signal that they intend to retire the imacs.

They are already fast as hell with sandy bridge processors, did you REALLY want them to add ivy bridge and usb3?

Than you would've made a thread complaining that all they added was a faster processor and USB3, MEANWHILE THERE IS NOTHING ELSE TO ADD!

Anyone else notice that Apple dropped its prices on BTO RAM upgrades for the 27" iMac? Yesterday they wanted $600 for a 4GB to 16GB upgrade. Today they want $300. That's still 3x the going third-party retail rate, though.

Yes, I'd like to see some change. If not, it's about time we see some lower prices. I certainly don't want to pay full price for something that is outdated in just a few months. And if I can't use this forum to spout off some steam, what good is it? Shouldn't Apple know what it's consumers are thinking?
