So suddenly, this morning, Apple Mail is only showing message headers.

Not showing the message content.

I deleted the accounts and re-added them.

I even went into Time Machine and replaced the MAIL and preferences files.

Still have this huge screen of just the message headers.

Am I missing something?

Thanks in advance for the help

I guess there is no short fix for this.

I had to go to my secondary computer, copy the Library->Mail folder and Library->Preferences->com.applemail.plist over to my main computer.

That fixed the problem but it was time-consuming.

Looks simply like you closed the preview window, or slid the divider all the way to the right. I can do it on mine, easily. Sliding the divider (from the right edge) back to the left fixes it.

Yeah, I tried all the sliders and I couldn't get them to slide back.

I mean, I took a lot of time playing with the sliders as I completely understand what you are saying.

I did something inadvertently. Had to do a lot of filing restoring but got it working again.

Thanks for answering.
