Per Pocket's Twitter page:

There is an issue with the 4.2.1 iOS update that just went live in the App Store - we are investigating. For now, don't upgrade.

Then posted later:

Update: We have a fix and are submitting to Apple for expedited review. 4.2.2 will fix the issues. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

My guess is that is was pulled until 4.2.2 is live.

Dear Pocket User,
Sometime this weekend we expect Pocket 4.2.2 to be available in the App Store. This release fixes two types of crashes that a small subset of users have been experiencing since upgrading to iOS 6 or the iPhone 5.

However, if you are using an iPhone 5 and are *not* experiencing any crashing issues with your current version, you may not want to upgrade to Pocket 4.2.2 when it becomes available.

Because of a change in Apple’s policies, we were required to submit this latest update with “letterbox” support for iPhone 5, rather than the full-screen version for the 4-inch display, which you may be already using. This issue only impacts the iPhone 5, all other devices can be upgraded.

We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible and we will let you know when the next Pocket update is ready for users to download to their iPhone 5.

Finally, we’d like to apologize for the inconvenience related to these issues. We take great pride in making sure Pocket works seamlessly for everyone, and we’ll do everything we can to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Thank you again for your patience, and for your continued support.
