What happened to Proactive?

Proactive was never mentioned on stage yesterday. And when you swipe right in iOS 10 you get widgets first not Siri suggestions. Does Proactive no longer exist or did it get demoted?

You do get siri suggestions as a widget.
Proactive isn't going away - i'd imagine they'll be slowly adding some features back in.

Proactive is still there. But it is not working properly in his beta 1.
