What happened to Samsung Web Chat support?

Last week I was chatting to Samsung's UK online support. Their advice didn't work.

So today I wanted to talk to them again. I've been searching everywhere and can no longer find a link to their web chat. Anyone know where the hell I found the link?!

Seriously - web chat seems to be here, but not working at the moment. Says it's closed (I'm in the UK too), but no mention of office hours: https://e-contactus.samsung.com/uk/m/webchat/

Good luck getting stress-free support from Samsung. Hopefully you don't need any in-warranty repairs on your device.
