What happened to spring-loaded folders?

I didn't notice until today, that the spring loaded folders have disappeared.

Is this correct or do I have a crummy Leopard install?

I'm running 10.5.5.

Still there for me on 10.5.5.

I'm glad you posted that pic. I went into prefs and unchecked, then rechecked and now it works.
