What Happened to the Apple Car?

I remember a while ago, people were talking about Apple building a car. Possibly the iCar 1 Pro Max. However no one is talking about it now.

Has Apple scrapped their plans of creating this incredible vehicle?

Yes, according to the rumors this project has been scrapped and people internally have been reassigned or fled to other projects. Already I think more than a year ago now.

When watching the WWDC25 keynote live online @53:45 (with Craig Federighi behind the wheel) wondered if that was what the rumored Apple Car ended up being...

My Apple Car runs great.
It's charging on its AirPower mat right now actually.

I have a feeling it suffered the same fate as the Apple bicycle. It was never announced and never released.
