What happening to Apple services???

Since last night I got this when I open App Store on iPad

And this on my iPhone this morning

And this on iTunes app on iPad

This is iTunes on my mac

On Apple Music

Even on the bill

It doesn't even show Apple logo!

Anyone experiences this?? The downloading and updating apps are very slow...

Looks like the culprit is my ISP because when I turned off wi-fi and use cellular all the icons came back.
Wonder what caused it. My ISP is talking with Apple right now. Very strange case.
