What happens after My Apple Developer Program membership expires?

My Apple Developer Program membership expires tomorrow.

What will happen if I fail to renew it immediately? Will I stop getting beta updates even though I have the iOS 11 developer profile installed on my devices? Or will I continue to get beta updates until the profile expires?

Guess you have to renew it,even if the profile is still on your device.

The developer profile can technically be installed and used by anyone, developer or not, active subscription or not (the legality is another matter). You'll continue to receive updates.

Updates will continue to install OTA. Any certificates, apps or resources you have will be expired or removed.

PB 1 should be out with DP 2. So if you are on DP 1, you can remove the profile and once PB 1 drops, you can add that profile.

But because you already have the profile installed for DP, it will continue to work, unless your profile has an expiration date on it, but I don't think it does.

So technically you will be fine for this year. You can keep that profile for the remainder of iOS 11 or you can switch to PB in a couple weeks.
