Say you download an unofficial app from Installous, and then you restore your phone to un-jailbroken status? Will the third party apps still function? If not, will they be restored when you re-jailbreak it? (or you upgrade to a new jailbreak version)?
And on that note, what happens to the other tweaks and plugins that you can get when Jailbreaking? (such as SBsettings) I assume that they will stop working, but will they work again after re-jailbreaking the phone, without having to download them again?
