If your iPhone suffers from a bad pixel or two, you'll want to bring yours in and get a replacement asap, i.e. before an official policy rears its ugly head.
What worries me there is the tech-guy there said that they will not be replacing my iphone because I already exchanged it once due to the battery not being able to hold a charge. Can he do that?
Thank you, I'm going to try again tomorrow. But at a different store.I just got a Bright Green Pixel Today...went to the Apple Store, and they gave me a new one. They switched the Sim cards and made sure the phone was activated, which took about an hour. No hassles from Apple though, they saw the Green Pixel, and immediately replaced it.
