What happens when you sync with a JB?

I jailbroke my iP4 for the first time this week. What happens when you sync with iTunes?

Nothing. Treats it like a normal iPhone. Regular stuff syncs, jailbreak stuff doesn't sync.

yeah I know! Also no reason to think the mods would have put it there for a reason either. They were probably just bored one day.
