Hello,
I'm in doubt between:

1. rMBP 15", 8Gb, 256gb SSD
2. rMBP 15", 16Gb, 512gb SSD

Will be possible to Upgrade Hardware?
-- Memory from 8Gb to 16Gb
-- Hard Disk from 256 SSD to 512 SSD? or install another SSD.

I would like to install windows 8.1 for some games, but in other partition or Hard Disk.

Recomendations?

Recommendation: stay away from windows :)

Same for me. Though if the cheapest "dGPU included" version isn't much more expensive, I would try to get that one.

Have thought about the same thing, but I hate the GPU switching, so if they have an Iris Pro base model, I'll take that! Also, OpenCL performance is better with Iris Pro, and I use Photoshop quite a lot :D

Unless it's substantial, I'm going to skip the upgrade this time around.

That said, I would get the maxed out model since I don't do online configurations and the maxed out model likely to the only one with the 768GB SSD in store. Also I'm thinking they'll have a 1TB SSD option.

Question will be the chips and memory options for the 13 vs 15. If I can get 16 gb ram in a 13 inch that'll be very tempting.

13" 2.8GHz, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD (Really-Maxed Out) :D woohoo!

Ditto here! Loving it!

There is no 768GB SSD option, either 128, 256, 512 GB or 1TB

So your eBay purchase came through just fine? I feel bad for the 15" owners, but it sounds like almost all 13" screens are perfect.

I cannot wait to receive my maxed-out 13".

Have to admit, I wasn't expecting 1TB as an option until the new iMacs came around. Sure the 768 is no longer available as an option, but more than 200 extra gigs is a winner.
