Apple uses Toshiba, Hitachi, Fujitsu and maybe a couple other OEMs.

I have a Toshiba in this one, and my old iBook had one as well. The one in the iBook lasted 4 solid years of backpacking around campus, heh

Ordered the 2.26ghz with 160. Got a Fujitsu. But I swapped it for a seagate 500gb and the Fujitsu lives in an external housing. (And I need to update my sig...)

Mine came with a 160GB Fujitsu, it was replaced with a 500GB WD after less than an hour though.

My 2.26ghz stock model came with a Hitachi 160GB, upgraded it to a 500GB WD Scorpio Blue though.
