The "One more thing" for FaceTime was like a 15 minute segment. An iPhone 5 segment would have to be at least a half an hour. I just don't think it would be appropriate. Maybe the one more thing will be for assistant. Or maybe an iPhone 5 Smart Cover

I'm sure the iPhone 4 unveiling took longer though, right? The 3GS was just a few minor changes, 4 was an entirely new design, screen, camera, antenna, etc. I don't want to get too into it, but I think it'll take a little longer. Although maybe whoever is presenting won't draw out every detail so much like steve always did..
