What IC is this? MBP A1278 (SD)

Hi

Im trying to locate this damaged IC caused by liquid spill. Everything else works except Airport and Ethernet port. This picture is of a MacBook Pro 13" Mid 2010 with SD card slot model A1278. See picture below. If I can get the part number, I'd be very happy.
