New phone, I wouldn't do backup..

i DIDN'T do backup when that happened to me(mine was the default logo)

Thanks, uhhh yeah, NEVER unpwn and restore from backup if backup was from pwned phone, I about crapped myself....

That should be fairly close to impossible... at least with the iPhone (not as sure about the iPod touch).
