There hasn't really been any real evidence about having one.
But if it didn't have one...what do you think will be the klller feature?

It's an iWatch. It will probably be more than just a watch.Wrong profit, it's a watch, why would you unlock a watch? Makes no sense
I don't remember having to type a pass code to check the time on a Rolex, that would completely defeat the purpose of having a watch

Apple has been against NFC for some time, this is their alternative, the internals have been leaked with plenty of room for a fingerprint scanner embedded in the home button, there will be a fingerprint scanner in the iPhone 5S
What's with people and the whole iWatch deal... I mean, a watch is a watch, not a phone.
Not watch, iWatch. It will probably have Siri, Passbook and other things. It uses biometrics too.
In this case it is much better for the user, because fingerprints are not secure enough. What if the iPhone 5S does NOT have a finger print scanner?

Don't worry. He got banned....Third time again with different names
FingerPrint sensor will be on the iPhone, if not with the 5S it should be with the 6, also the iPads as well. My humbles opinion..
Not much, just some minor hardware.
