What iMac is a Better Deal, 2012 or 2013?

I'm considering purchasing an iMac and I can decide between the following brand new 27" iMacs:

2012 27" iMac, 3.2GHz (Ivy Bridge), 8GB, 1TB Hard Drive, GTX 675MX with 1GB for $1350

OR

2013 27" iMac, 3.2GHz (Haswell), 8GB, 1TB Hard Drive, GT 755M with 1GB, 802.11ac for $1430

2012 is a better deal.

The 2013 may have a 10% increase in overall CPU performance. But the 675MX is better then the 755M.

You have not specified what you are going to be doing with the machine.

Are you going to be gaming? If yes, get the 2012. Otherwise, get the 2013.
