is "pipedaemon"?

It appears constantly in my recent items. I've heard rumors that it's part of the HP All-in-One apps ... this is no doubt true. It's just what I like about Mac is that you never have any crap like this happening ... I'm going to start to whine soon.

Anyway, can someone confirm the HP thing? Should I just ignore it? Some people seem to recommend deleting it but if it's just HP, I don't really care I guess 😡
