What information is required for Edu Discount (CANADA)

Hey I live in Canada and I'm still in high school so I dont qualify for the EDU discount. But after having my iPod Touch stolen and looking to buy a macbook for a long time i really wanted to benefit from this so I plan on asking my neighbour to put it under their name.

So what im getting at is what information is needed in Canada. When I ask my neighbour if i can put it under their name I want to get all the info at once.
