Great setup, can you tell me which tweaks are you using to accomplish it?

Widgets are iwidgets pack they includes 12 widget bigify for icons and grid lock to put in that order

It's not on Cydia yet, as it's still in beta. But, since for the most part you can really only theme icons and widgets, it's very stable. You can find it here.

I agree. I'm going to keep it for awhile, albeit with the obligatory tweaking.
