I have stuck with black/space grey iPhones and same with my watch and iPad for years

What colour do you tend to go with and what will you go with for your next phone?

I’m thinking going with silver next just for a change. Do you have an ocd when it comes to your devices needing to be matching?

Whatever they are calling black these days because I want a black bezel. The phone itself is in a case so it could really be any color, but the black bezel is necessary.

Black/Slate.

Space Gray since the iPhone 5 because that's the color closest to black.

Never been a fan of Spacy or Spaced Out Gray though but it gives me a black front.

I don't like space gray, especially when it's glossy. A matte space gray finish is another story, but we don't get that.

Anyway, I always choose the black option, if available.

I love white or silver but love the Rose Gold color more and was sad it was discontinued with the X. I have the gold XS Max and whenever I upgrade again, I’ll probably choose white or Rose Gold if it ever came back. I have a Space Gray X and I hate the color. I only ordered that color because rumors started circulating that the silver/white would sell out faster.

I’ve usually gone with the iPhones with the white fronts in the past. However after the iPhone 4 I’ve tended to go for a different colour each time.

iPhone 5S - gold
iPhone 6 Plus - Space grey (wanted gold or even silver)
iPhone 6S plus - Silver (wanted gold)
iPhone 7 Plus - Rose Gold (Didn’t want gold lol)
iPhone X (silver)
iPhone XS Max - Gold

My next iPhone will be silver unless they have the next max phone in Coral or product red.

The colour I don’t like is Space Grey/black

Gold. As it is a new color for Xs Max. Maybe, I change to white for next upgrade.
Gold was a new color for the 5s. It was available for the iPhone 6, the 6+, the iPhone 7 and the iPhone 8. I guess it skipped the iPhone X.

So, gold itself is not a new color for the iPhone although it may have returned for the XS.

Black or space grey usually.

I upgraded to an XS Max a couple of weeks ago and got it in gold.

I used a Apple black leather case and love the gold camera rim and chin against the case

I suppose black/grey is my preference. I buy used. If another color is cheaper. I'll get that. It's going to be covered up with a case anyways.

Usually Space Gray (6S Plus, 7 Plus & 8 Plus), but my new XR is white.

My first iPhone was a yellow 5c

I'm glad a lot of the color options have black fronts now. I passed on colors before because I didn't want white bezels around the display.

Gold was always my default option when available though I did really dig the jet black color scheme too.

Matte Black everything.. unless I could get XR colours on my XS or next iPhones.. Would still love to have a blue phone

Space Gray is what I generally purchase.
However I always use a case so it’s somewhat a moot point for me.
I always purchase red colored cases. I like the color and it adds visibility when I’m looking for it.
Helps ensure I don’t forget somewhere if I put it down.

I actually broke my rule and bought a refurbed iPP in gold (yuck!), but it had the specs I wanted and in the case you can’t even tell.

I usually go with space gray. Although I'm tempted to switch it up (big) if I upgrade my Xs in the fall.

To me, the Xs is more black than space gray. Especially compared to my space gray IPP and MacBook.
