What iPhone do I have? Confused...

I own a iPhone 5 from ATT which i purchased at launch.

However I thought the A1428 model where the ATT ones, but when I go to the UDID App and look at stats, it says I have the A1429 model...

Which one do I have? Should I believe the app? I thought A1429 was from other countries and not from the US for ATT. Thank you for your help😕

The back says a1428.

The udid app says a1429.

Hmm. a1428 is GSM and a1429 is CDMA.
