What is a program that allows you to see all your files

I want to see where all the heavy files are so that I can delete or remove them to external hard drive, to clear some space in my laptop.

There's Daisy Disk, Disk Diag, Disk Doctor, etc. Pick one you like, all of them are pretty good.

If you want free, there's Disk Inventory.

It shows the size of all your files so that you may find any duplicates and assess your drive usage.
