I am looking for a time tracking app for when I am working for clients and needing to track time or just building projects and tracking time so I know for the future ...

What are some good ones? I looked in the app store and those apps have like 10 reviews and stuff so I dont know if I trust them ...

I have been using Tyme for a number of years and really like it. I purchased it before they switched to a subscription model and I am not sure I would pay $48/year for it (or for any simple time tracking program).

I've used Toggl for years, but never particularly liked the UX.

Tyme looks a lot more attractive and thoughtfully-designed.

However, I have a sunk-cost fallacy.

I'll try it out... and then - hopefully - can do a CSV import/export.

Another advantage of Time is it can be controlled by AppleScript or JavaScript, so you can write your own exporter to control the type of data that is exported into the CSV, as well as trigger creating new tasks or starting tasks based on other actions. They also have iOS versions so you can synch across multiple devices (and user geofences for your iOS devices).
