What is a true elevated heart rate?

My resting heart rate is 45 - 50. Can't get my elevated heart rate past 100.
I'm on 2 Medications 1) Tenormin 2) Benazepril Hcl 🙂
 
I had a standing EKG done, a heart monitor attached to me and a blood test and they still could not find out why my heart rate went up a few times.
