What is Apple going to do about Album Art?

All of the music that I've bought from iTunes' Album Art is pixelated on my iPhone 4. I've searched but haven't really found an answer. Did anyone else notice this?

I've encountered the same problem on my 3GS with the new iPod layout.

Clear all your artwork and redownload it.

Assuming it's available on iTunes then the album covers will be in iPad resolution which is higher than the iPhone 4 so looks great on the iPhone.
