What is Applecare's Lemon policy?

If my laptop were sent to be repaired 3 times, is that when they give you a new one? If so, what if the three repairs were different? Ie. first time is graphic issue, second is lcd bleeding, third is i unno memory?

Three times, same issue is the standard. There are special circumstances though.

My macbook had the following components replaced:

- Logic board - twice
- keyboard, trackpad and top case - considered minor
- heat pipe
- inverter tube

I went back again following a faulty logic board replacement because some "Genius"(not the in-store morons at the bar) at the repair depot replaced my black macbook logic board with a logic board meant for a white one. Could make that out by seeing the white trim standing out near the ports.

The saga started June 30, 2009 and now I'm awaiting a replacement "finally"
