I have just sent in my iPhone for repair, and when I want to use the repair tracking service, I either have to input some information (Repair ID & Serial Number/Postal Code) or sign in with my Apple ID. When selecting the option to sign in with my Apple ID, this AppleConnect, Check Repair Web page comes up. When I input my Apple ID, the page seems to accept it, but then it refreshes and I'm back on the same "AppleConnect - Check Repair Web". When I selected forgot password, or AppleConnect Name, it redirects me to forgot Apple ID. I have attached a picture of this page, but you can look it up yourself: https://idmsa.apple.com/IDMSWebAuth...N&iso-lang=prod&path=/us/en/signIn?redir=list. Does anyone know what this is, or how I can see my repairs using my Apple ID?

UPDATE:

I have just tried using someone else's Apple ID, and it lets them access their repairs.

AppleConnect is an internal thing, but the next page is just the regular repair status page where you can type in your repair number/serial.

But the thing is, Apple are sending me a new phone, and to get a tracking number I need to sign in.

Nope if I use the sign in option it redirects to AppleConnect.

Weird that you're seeing that. Did the 2nd Apple ID you try belong to an Apple employee? Always this was an internal thing.

No definitely not. Yeah I was aware that this has been an internal thing, which is especially why I thought this was so weird. Can you try the check repair link and try to sign in?

Having the same issue here. I'm having to use the repair ID to check the status of my repair.

I do but I think you can only see tracking information if you have signed in; I may be wrong though.
Enter the information on the status repair page and the order will come up. All information complete with your address, the item, and shipping information.

Great thanks, I have been able to do this before, just thought some tracking may not be available. Still only product replacement preparing though!

Set up a FedEx delivery manager account. It's free. You'll get an email as soon as fedex picks it up with your delivery date, tracking and all that stuff.
