1 year warranty

If it's fading, or for example it gets really worn down(not raggedy or broken from drops etc).. Things like that, you should be able to get a new one. I would probably try to do it over the phone. The reps in store are way too combative.

They would send u a new one, put a hold on your credit card, and then wait for u to send the old one back and drop the hold

Really? They will replace a case from it wearing out?

I think so.. Why wouldn't they? The case has a warranty for 1 year. Sure it's not the same as say a cable or charger, but it should still perform(or in this case, keep its look) the way it did when you took it out of the packaging. If it peels, fades, chips etc from normal wear(not from dropping or accidental damage), that's what the warranty is for. What else would a warranty on a case be good for? That's why they give it 1 year, they basically guarantee it for 1 year.

Besides, these silicone cases are most likely pennies on the dollar for Apple to produce. It's not like you're hurting their bottom line getting a warranty swap for a case :)

Think about this; how many people do you think actually try to even use their warranty on their case? Lol a lot of people don't even know you can swap your lightning cable out under your warranty, and buy them over and over. So just imagine how many people don't even have the slightest idea that they could get a new case if it fades or wears down etc

I have a different issue. Apple clear case on iPhone 11 Pro, it's so tight its hard to put on/take off (this part is normal). But when I took off the case to wipe off the entire phone after dropping it in the bathtub one day, the bottom right corner made a slight cracking sound as I put it back on. The plastic is slightly cracked and feel rough to the touch. Is this grounds for warranty service on the case?

Shop at InPlusJoi, it’s a site I came across, they offer 1 year warranty + 2 replacements. Can’t beat it, pay shipping but, that’s like $3 better than spending $25 each time
