What is audio capability of my G5 powermac?

I don't know how to check out the specs on my own dual processor Powermac G5.

I especilly want to know what sound card / optical out specs it has.

So you want to know the specs of your computer, but you don't bother to tell us which Power Mac G5 you have? FWIW, Macs don't have third-party sound cards. Audio is on the motherboard. The optical audio port is a standard TOSLINK female port. Connect your Mac to your speaker system with a standard TOSLINK optical cable and you are golden.
