That's a broken display. Take it to an Apple store for repair.

Tried numerous. I tried installing the new beta to see if it would yep. But nothing

The watch still works fine. It’s just the screen has these greenish lines that seem to be scrolling down of sorts.

How long have you had the watch? if it's still pretty good, you can take it in for repair.
