What is it called when you move your mouse to a corner and all the windows seperate?

You know, you can set it so that you move the mouse to a part of the screen and all the windows seperate and you can click on which one you want

That's called an Exposé (All Windows) Hot Corner.

It can be controlled from the Screen Saver Preferences, just click the "Hot Corners" button.

and you can set that by going to preference, Dashboard & Exposé, and chose the active hotcorners

it's expose – (with a little dooflotchee over the "E" to make it sound like an "A")

i have mine set that way for top left corner, and top right exposes the desktop.

I just use the F keys, my hot corners are set to password-protected screensaver.

Nono, it makes it sound like an é in French 🙂 Basically you just put pressure on the e instead of making the o and the s long.

Not really efficent on your hands if you have to press a button when using the trackpad, when you could just pop it into a corner to get Expose'.

Why have every corner for the screensaver...why not just one?

Because I navigate with the keyboard most of the time. I hardly ever touch the trackpad.
