Found a 2011 27" imac upgraded model from base model mc814ll/a here the specs upgraded ssd and ram. No applecare has box and everything. What it worth? What should I offer?

i5 3.1ghz
256gb ssd
16gb ram
amd 6970m 1gb video card.

As a starting point, you can check Mac2Sell, eBay (including completed sales), or Amazon for prices of similar models, to get an idea of what a reasonable price may be. Then adjust the price to account for condition, configuration, remaining AppleCare coverage (if any), etc.

Well checked mac2sell was like $1700. say now he wants to keep 256ssd but will add a intel 320 160gb ssd and the 1tb hdd he wants $ 1300 for it. So

Should I sell mine for 1250 or keep my 2010 27 imac 2.8 i5, 4gb, 1gb video card, 1tb hdd does have applecare till 2014 and add ssd to mine?

Congrats on the sale! Some buyers give priority to Macs still with AppleCare as it adds a big advantage in sales. If the price is good and still has warranty, most likely will get sold quick.
