What is missing in coverflow

Coverflow is a great idea, however personally i hate the method they display files and directories.

I really wish you could configure coverflow to use column views for files/folders. or give you an option to pick your preferred browsing method.

Does anybody know a way to do this? or what are your thoughts on coverflow?

I think that coverflow should have the option to not show the list of file under it and just have coverflow.
