What is my Mac trying to tell me?

Just upgraded my Mac to Sequoia last Monday, and then my new iPhone 16 Pro arrived on Friday. Ever since then I've been getting notifications like this. It's almost like my Mac is trying to tell me something but I can't quite tell what.

In all seriousness, wtf. I was dismissing them one at a time and then I realized if I clicked on the date/time it would open the side panel and I could dismiss a screen-full plus 55 more notifications at once. I must have gotten 90 of those.
